YGM series Raymond Mill (High-Pressure Suspension Grinder) is a high-efficiency powder processing equipment developed by our company combining advanced domestic and international technologies with years of practical experience. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and building materials industries. This mill is capable of grinding high-hardness and high-moisture materials such as limestone, calcite, barite, talc, and dolomite. The finished product fineness can be adjusted between 80 and 600 meshes, and for some materials, it can reach up to 1000 meshes. It serves as an upgraded replacement for traditional Raymond mills.

Adopts a three-dimensional structure with a small footprint and strong integration. The grinding chamber is equipped with high-pressure springs, increasing the grinding force by 1.2 times. The output is 30%-50% higher than traditional Raymond mills.Uniform Fineness & Stable Quality
Equipped with a high-precision classifier, it ensures high screening efficiency and uniform particle size distribution. The fineness can be easily adjusted by controlling the speed of the analyzer.Strong Wear Resistance & Stable Operation
Wear parts such as grinding rollers and rings are made of high manganese steel or high chromium alloy, offering excellent wear resistance and a long service life, reducing downtime for part replacement. The main drive unit utilizes a reducer or belt pulley for smooth and reliable operation. The spindle speed is optimized for low failure rates.Environmental Protection & Safety
The system operates under fully sealed negative pressure with no dust leakage. Equipped with a pulse dust collector, it features low noise and emission standards that meet national environmental requirements, enabling clean production.Working Principle
Crushing & Feeding: Large materials are crushed by a jaw crusher to the required size, then transported to the storage hopper by a bucket elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly and quantitatively feeds the materials into the main grinding chamber.
Grinding Process: Once the materials enter the grinding chamber, the grinding rollers are pressed tightly against the grinding ring under the action of high-pressure springs and centrifugal force. When the main unit starts, the rollers rotate around the spindle and roll on the ring, crushing the materials through rolling and extrusion.
Classification & Collection: The ground powder is blown by the blower to the analyzer for classification. Coarse particles fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone collector with the airflow. The finished product is discharged through the discharge valve.
